ふらっと平日19時台に入店しました。
宴会の団体さんと被って、平日にも関わらず賑やかな店内でした！
1人だったので、カウンターに着席。
来たら頼もうと思っていた【前菜の盛り合わせ】を一旦注文。
すぐに飲み物とお通しがきました。
お通しは、鶏肉とパプリカのトマト和えでした。(名前は絶対ちがいます笑)
前菜の盛り合わせは、前菜メニューにあるものがほぼ全て載せられているものでした。
全体的に、和の要素が強かったので、ワインを頼んでしまったのは失敗かなぁと思いつつも、1人で色々なものが食べられたのは良きでした◯
個人的に好きだったものBest3は以下です！
・砂肝のやわらか煮
・鶏レバーのコンフィ
・いちじくレーズンバター
砂肝のやわらか煮は、口に入れた瞬間は和の要素を感じるのですが、噛むほどにガーリックが出てきて、面白かったです！
鶏レバーのコンフィは、食べる前からわかっていた、美味しい！笑
いちじくレーズンバターは、最近他のお店でもよく見かけますが、バターの塩味が強く、とても好みのものでした！
その後、大好物のトリッパの煮込みを注文しました。
メニュー表の真下にあるフォカッチャも注文。
ここではトリッパの煮込みに、ハチノスだけではなく、もつ鍋に入っている小腸の部分も多く入っていました！
脂身の多い小腸が入っていると、お酒が進みますね〜
この日は料理2皿とワイン2杯でお腹いっぱいになりました！
グラタンやリゾットなども食べたかったので、次は誰かを連れて伺います！
