お店の前でメニューを確認していたら、お店のかたに声をかけられました。
気になっていたので、おじゃまします。

色々と考えて注文をします。
鯖のフィッシュ&チップスって珍しいですね。
十和田バラ焼きも忘れちゃいけない❗
飲み物は、ハイボールです。
温かい料理は熱々で、冷たいものは冷え冷えで❗
濃い目の味が好きな自分には、どれも好みの味付け。
店員さんの応対もGOODです‼

と思って行ってみる。
青森のお料理をメインとしているお店。
混雑してることもなく、
直ぐに席に案内をしてもらいました。
やっぱり、鯖やせんべい汁を食べたいね。
鯖の半身をカリッと揚げてあり。
揚げたてなので、熱々です。
そのまま食べてもサイコー❗
タルタルソースをつけてもサイコー❗
これがビールにぴったんこ‼️
せんべい汁も出汁がバッチリ❗
青森のお料理は味がしっかりしていて口に合います。
こういう味付けは大好きです。
