本日は亀戸駅から徒歩3～4分の場所にある、kamenoheさんでのランチレポートです。
繁華街という感じではないですが、地味にいくつかの飲食店があるエリアです。
青森県出身の店長さんが切り盛りするお店ということで、メニューも青森色が出たものになっていますので、本日は「青森十和田バラ焼き丼」(税込800円)をオーダー致します。
店内はお洒落なカフェ風となっており、なかなか落ち着いた雰囲気です。
まずは、セットのスープとサラダが登場です。スープはほっこりとした味わいで美味、サラダもドレッシングなど一工夫されたものです。
そしてこちらがバラ焼き丼となります。なかなかのボリュームですね。
特徴としては、もやしと玉ねぎのシャキシャキ感、これが甘辛ダレで炒めた豚バラ肉にマッチします。特に、辛味部分が上品で食が進みます。丁寧な仕事が光る感じですね。
ドリンクもセットなので食後のコーヒーでしばし休息を。なかなか満足のいく昼食となりました。
一押しはしめさばだそうなので、夜にも来てみたいお店ですね。
