OPENから間もないのに常連さんが付く
じわった人気店があるとお友達に誘われて初訪問。
駅から1ブロック程の距離、2-3分もあれば十分な駅近店
下町らしい細い横丁を進むと地域に根付いた有名店の前を通り
更に直進すると右手に『square sanpo』ビルが見えてくる
2Fの一番奥まで進むと店舗があります。（とにかく奥までGO♪）
10月OPENだけあって綺麗で明るい店内、
キャパは70席とありますがもっと入りそうなお店。
地鶏とお魚を押さえれば、ばっちりな店名（笑）

カチワリスタイルでキンキンに冷えた国産辛口白ワインは
今年の新酒。温かい部屋と鍋でホカホカの体に染み渡り
お刺身にも合うすっきり系。

本日のおすすめでおちょこ1杯90mlが300円
まだ飲んだことのない日本酒だったこと、試しやすい量と
お値段だったのでオーダー。
歌舞伎の隈取が描かれたスタイリッシュなラベルが印象的
甘口派の私でも飲みやすく、すっきりしたまろやかな純米吟醸酒。

酢〆が優しいしめさば、厚切りのいなだ
かつおかと思うような濃い赤身のはちびき
お好みだけ、6点盛合せも有り。
ツマもドリップが付いていない丁寧な盛り合わせ。
＜はちびきの頭焼き＞
数に限りがあるようでタイミングが合えばラッキー。
当日は、はちびきの頭を料理長おすすめの焼きで。
鯛のような赤いお魚でお刺身と焼き魚で食べ比べ
が出来てラッキー。私は焼きのほうが好みだわ。
＜豚味噌鍋＞
お鍋は2種類、鶏鍋にするか悩んだ結果
『お店ブレンドの味噌』で作る『豚味噌鍋』に決定
旬の味覚、しめじがたっぷり。ピリ辛に調整された味噌は
赤味噌ベースでコク深い味。
鍋と日本酒でしばし無言になり箸だけが動く時間。
たたき・あぶりの鶏料理や日本酒にあう肴が多く
日替わりの日本酒や月替わりのワインを楽しみにしている
常連さんがいるのも納得。＜豚味噌鍋＞がオススメなお店でした。
