Visited at noon on a holiday. This is a new store that opened last fall. I went there because I was curious. ■About the store It is located along Keiyo Road. It's about a 5 minute walk from the east exit of Kameido Station. From the Atre side, it's a little more of a walk. You can make reservations online, so we recommend making a reservation if possible, but you can also come in without a reservation. ■Inside the store There were several table seats near the entrance and counter seats at the back, so there were quite a few solo customers. As a couple? It seems to be run and the wife serves customers. ■Order I ordered grilled pork shoulder loin for holiday lunch. Tiramisu is also added to the dessert set. Start with appetizers and salads. It came out on a plate. The salad dressing was delicious and went smoothly. What was shocking was the grilled pork shoulder loin. The pork was extremely meaty, but when you ate it, it was just the right amount of softness. There are no stringy parts at all, and the knife goes in easily, and when you bite into it, the flavor of the pork spreads in your mouth. As soon as I took a bite, I could tell that this was a very carefully prepared dish. It was as soft as beef and had the best taste and texture of any pork I've ever eaten. Of course, the tiramisu was delicious, and all the dishes were very satisfying. It is a restaurant with an elegant taste that is not typical of Kameido in a good way. Repeat confirmed. This is a store I definitely want to visit again.
