2 minutes walk from Kameido North Exit. Bistro located along Keiyo Road. The inside of the building has a cute brick and flooring atmosphere that gives it the feel of a Western Cuisine restaurant. And it looks like it will open in 2023, so it's very beautiful. There is also a large wine cellar, so you can enjoy a variety of wines. The staff at the store were also cheerful, bright, and comfortable. A while ago, I received a business card for this restaurant at "Teppandokoro Mugi" on the same Keiyo road, and I was interested in it. I went for lunch on a weekday. It was after 13:00, so perhaps it was a quiet time so we were able to get a seat. Even after taking our seats, customers kept coming in. ◆100% Wagyu beef demi-Hamburg steak (¥1,500) Mozzarella cheese (+¥200) It was soft and full of delicious beef flavor. The demi-glace sauce is also great! I'm happy with the glacéed carrots and lots of grilled vegetables. ◇Salad The salad is also very filling! ◇Bread or rice included I would like to come again in the evening for wine and food.

The lunch was so delicious that I came back for the second time. This time it was dinner. Conclusion Dinner was also great. I loved everything about it, the taste, the quantity, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. ◆Assorted appetizers of the day (¥1500) Pork rillettes, Prosciutto, and a wide variety of meat-based appetizers.◆ Fresh fish escabeche (¥750y) When I looked it up, it was pickled in Nanban. The vinegar taste is refreshing and delicious. ◆Otoshi (bread) (¥300) The accompanying sauce is delicious and goes well with the appetizer. ◆Squid frites (I forgot ¥ because it was on another menu...) An impressive dish. Apparently they use squid ink and beer. It's rich, soft, and has amazing creativity! This is a restaurant I would like to go to again because I want to try more things.
