ワイン好きの天国
ずっとブクマしてたのですが、ようやく訪問が実現！
入り口のアンティークっぽいドアから雰囲気抜群です。店内はウッディな内装で、磨かれたグラスや数えきれないほどのボトルが並んでいます。
2名で予約していたので、カウンターへ。
フードメニューは冷前菜5種ほど、サラダが3種、温前菜6種ほど、メイン3種、デザート3種からなります。種類は少なめに感じるかもしれませんが、かえって迷わないという利点も。
潔いほどに魚料理がない。メインのお肉は鴨、子羊、豚でしたが、人気なものは既に売り切れていました。
飲み物はやはりワインが主体。グラスワインの種類が豊富(赤白それぞれ6〜7種ほど＋α)。量も少なめの60ml、通常の100ml、デカンタから選ぶことができ、あれこれ飲み比べたい人も嬉しいですね。
デザートワインやオードヴィなどの食後酒も20種類近くあったような…？
反対にハイボール、カクテル類はありません。ワイン好きな人と行くようにしないといけませんね。
お料理はアミューズの後、前菜盛り合わせ(実質はシャルキュトリ盛り合わせ)、しらすとジャンボマッシュルームのシーザーサラダ、ポテトグラタン、鴨ロースト、デザートといただきました。
どれも美味しかったですが、サラダがすっごく美味しかった…！生のマッシュルームの香りがよく、旨味の強いドレッシングが最高でした。
全体的に味がしっかりついているのでワインが進みます。
ボリュームは概ね2人前がデフォルト。S/L表記のあるものは、Sが2人前、Lが3〜4人前のイメージです。
スタッフの数が多く、「料理来ないな〜」なんて思う時間もなくスピーディに対応いただきました。
とっても楽しめました！ごちそうさまでした。

I came here last year and had a lot of fun, so I revisited it. The contents of the appetizer mousse and gougères have changed, making them more spring-like. While trying various glasses of wine, we had jumbo mushroom salad (the truffle sauce was excellent), chicken white liver mousse, olives for chopstick rest, duck confit cassoulet, and Cow tongue stewed in red wine. The cassoulet was especially delicious! It was filled with duck confit and sausage, and the fat and flavor soaked into the white beans for a rich flavor. The staff's response was smooth and speedy. I plan to come again! Thank you for the meal.
