まず驚かされるのは、もんじゃ焼き屋さんでありながら、鉄板焼きメニューの豊富さと、お酒へのこだわり＊
そして何より、これをもんじゃ焼き屋さんでやるのは、あり得ないのじゃないか！
って思うくらい海鮮食材の質が凄い。
まず、生牡蠣がある時点で、普通では無いことをうかがえる＊
しかも、オイスターバーとかに入るよりよっぽど美味いのだ＊
ご主人曰く、いまの時期に一番いい状態の地域の牡蠣を入れているそうで。焼き牡蠣でも生で食べれるものを使用するとのことです！
今回食べた生牡蠣は、北海道産のものでして、甘みとコクは見事なものでした。
個人的に生牡蠣は大好きで、割と口うるさい方ですが、予想していなかった旨さで驚かされました。
旨すぎて、忘れそうになりますがもんじゃ焼きのお店です！
海鮮焼きとしては、スルメイカの肝焼きを注文＊
これも特別感があります＊
スルメイカなのでかなり身もぷりっぷり！
弾力は格別です。それと以下の肝がいい味だしていて、これはまたお酒といける一品！
香ばしい香りがたてば、もう我慢できない！って感じですね＊
焼きあがるのが待ち遠しくなります＊
一人なので豪快に鉄板から直接いただけば、幸福感が半端ない一品でした＊
そしてまた、海鮮の旨さに、もんじゃ焼き屋さんであることを忘れそうになります！

散々もんじゃ焼き以外を褒めちぎりってしまっていますが、ここのメインはやはり、もんじゃ焼き！
期待感が膨らみます！

僕はお店の方のオススメということで、塩もんじゃを注文〜
柚子胡椒を使って味付けをしてるので、かなりの新感覚です！！
出汁を効かせたスープでベースを作っているので、味わいは優しいのにコクがあります＊
これは止まらないー！
またスダチを絞って味を変えながら、飽きさせない工夫ー
