Authentic Neapolitan style pizza baked using wood in an oven imported from Italy. The pizzas are made daily using homemade dough and fresh ingredients, and are baked all at once at a high temperature of approximately 450 degrees. Hot, chewy, freshly made pizza. In addition, we use carefully selected ingredients such as seafood delivered daily from fishing ports across the country, pigs and calves specially raised under contract with farmers, and wild wild vegetables and tree roe harvested each season. We offer each dish rich with local flavor.
