東京スカイツリーに遊びに行った際、連れのリクエストで夕食を頂きに訪問。連れ曰く◯ツコの知らない世界で紹介された様でお品書きにもその事がＰＲされていました。
カウンターに通され特上親子丼に雅親子丼、川俣軍鶏と赤麓鶏炙り食べ比べと唐揚げを注文。鶏の食べ比べは川俣軍鶏と赤麓鶏の焼き物で香ばしい薫りに弾力ある肉質で美味しい。唐揚げは竜田揚げのような衣でクリスピーな食感と鶏肉の弾力とジューシーさ。揚げたてなので火傷注意ですがどちらもつまみにもってこいです。
メインの親子丼はトロトロ仕上がり。鶏は焼かれたものと卵でとじられたもの二種類を味わえます。卵黄を絡めて頂くとコクと甘じょっぱい割下の味付けで優しい美味しさ♪ご飯と卵が絡みおさじが進み連れとともにニヤリとしてしまいました。親子丼って専門店が作るととっておきのご馳走になるのかと感心する美味しさでした。親子丼の発祥のお店だけあり老若男女美味しく食事が出来ると思います。
