1760年の人形町にある鶏料理の老舗玉ひで。
現在は新店舗へ立て直しの為、令和4年から休業中。
新店舗は令和6年秋口の予定。その玉ひでの料理が
東京スカイツリーに直結のソラマチで食べられる。
東京スカイツリーの鯉のぼりイベントを見たいと
リクエストを受け、じゃあ何かご飯のお店を
探していると玉ひでの親子丼の情報を得ます。
これは、とても行きたくなる。今、玉ひでの
親子丼はスカイツリーでしか食べれない。
もう絶対行きたい。鯉のぼりより軍鶏。
ご飯のピークを避けて、１７時ちょうどごろに
入店しました。一番乗りでしたが、その後は
満席になっていました。
極み親子丼（親子丼に生卵とささみプラス）
雅親子丼（親子丼に生卵プラス）
あとは軍鶏の唐揚げと瓶ビールを注文しました。
親子丼の味は、お江戸っぽいというのか
東京の老舗っぽい？と感じるお味でした。
中央の生卵を潰して少し混ぜ合わせると
まろやかさと卵の旨みが加わり、更に
美味しさが広がります。
極み親子丼はササミがプラスで乗っていますが、
お肉的には、そこまで感動がないので、
雅親子丼で十分と思います。
また唐揚げが、とても美味しかった。
鶏肉の味をとてもストレートに美味しく
ほどよく嫌さのない野生感が肉を感じます。
赤麓紡ぎ鶏という銘柄を初めて食べましたが
とても美味しい鶏肉でした。満足です。
