オザミと言えば、銀座に昔からあるフレンチで、有名シェフも働いていたりする（確か、ブルギニオンの菊地シェフもバイトしてたりしたはず）。スカイツリーのオザミは初めての利用。
娘が合流できるかもというので待っていたのだが、結局合流できず8時半ころから妻と二人で利用になった。
窓からは大きなスカイツリーが見える。
オーダーしたのはトラディションコース（税込み6300円）
ワインは、まずは2020 Pays d'Oc Chardonnayのグラス（700円 税別）Ｘ２
料理は出てきた順に
パンとご一緒に吉田豚とバターのリエット リエット美味しい。パンはおかわり自由。
アミューズブーシュ（埼玉県 吉田豚のパテ・ド・カンパーニュと鹿児島県産 三ツ星カンパチのカルパッチョ タプナードソースの盛り合わせ）普通に美味しい。
ワインは小グラス（70ｍｌ）もあったので2020 Chateau du Tertre Blanc / Margaux 小グラス（1050円 税別）Ｘ２ フルーティーで美味しい。
真鯛のポワレ 軽やかなソースアムルーズで（オマール海老の軽やかなソース）ソース美味しい。
メインに向けてワインは2015 Clos Gaffeliere / St.Emilion 小グラス（1360円 税別）Ｘ２
メインディッシュは
妻がUS産 ブラックアンガス牛ブレードミート（リブロースの希少部位）のステーキ オニオンソース
私がニュージーランド産 仔羊ランプ肉のロースト
オーソドックスで美味しい
デザートは、妻がリンゴのタルト、私はチョコレートのテリーヌにした
そしてコーヒー
特別ではないが美味しい。特に小グラスの設定は私のように酒に弱いくいしんぼにはとってもありがたい。いい店だった。
