朝はシェイクツリーダイナー、夜はシェイクツリーB&Bへ行った私と相方。
その間はというと…実は飲んでました。
ダイナーから近いソラマチを探検し、その後ここ、牡蠣市場さんへ。
お腹は空いてなかったんですが、どうしても飲みたい欲求に駆られた私たち。ソラマチの世界のビール博物館は昼時ということで激混みしていたので、一旦出ての牡蠣市場さんでした〜。
結構空いており、スムーズに店内へ。ランチタイムなので席料が取られないという嬉しいおまけ付きです！
そして頼んだのは、コエドビールです。私は白。結構濃厚なお味なのに軽めな感じでどんどん飲めちゃう。
けどここは我慢です。なんたってシェイクツリーがまた待っていますからねw
で、とりあえずのおつまみにトリュフ香る枝豆と牡蠣のオイル漬けをチョイス。
小さいもので勝負です。
まず来たのは枝豆。トリュフを食べたことがないのでどんな匂いかわかりませんでした（笑）ごめんなさい。でも茹で加減はちょうどよかったです。ちとしょっぱかったですが。
牡蠣のオイル漬けはエリンギも入っててしっかりとした出汁が。牡蠣はふっくらしていて美味しかったです。さすが牡蠣に特化しているだけありますね！
いろんな産地の牡蠣が楽しめるようで、隣の人は七輪で焼き牡蠣を楽しんでました。
お腹が少しでも空いてたら食べてたかも！（笑）
次行くときはお腹が空いている時に行きます！ ちょっとの時間でしたが、ご馳走様でした。
