There are only 15 counter seats in the store. The food is baked right in front of your eyes using bincho charcoal, but we have taken special measures to ensure that no smoke is emitted, so you can feel free to use it with friends or on a date without worrying about the smell. We purchase ``Date chicken'' as whole chickens and prepare them at the store, so you can enjoy rare parts such as the Achilles tendon, the meat around the knees, and the back liver. Among them, internal organs such as liver and lanterns (4-5 per day) are excellent. Limited edition skewers often run out quickly, so please inquire when making a reservation. We want you to enjoy our carefully selected flavors.
