丸ハツからスタート
基本的にお肉とお野菜など交互に出されていた感じでした。
どのお肉も新鮮で間違いなく、塩加減、タレのお味もパーフェクト！
とくにハツやレバーは最後に残る独特な感じの臭みが全くなかったので、とても美味しかったです！
ひざまわりのお肉は珍しかったけど、一度食べたらいいかなって感じ。
つくねはフワフワ＋コリコリした食感がさすがでした♪
最後に出た鴨は、レアなところがとっても美味しかった〜
バランスよくお野菜もあり、オイルをたっぷりぬるお店とは違って、鮮度が感じられて美味しかったです。とくに印象に残ったのは、ししとうがみずみずしかったのと、うずらの卵の黄身がトロリととろけ出して美味しかった♪
締めのご飯は親子丼をチョイス♪
卵を2個使用しているそうなので、ほぼ卵でしたが、それはそれで美味しかったですよ〜
どのお店でも基本的に「お好み派」の私ですが、こちらは「おまかせ」でも安心していただけました♪
一見でも愛想よくしていただき、気軽にお食事ができてよかったです。
