11:30キッカリにお店がオープンされ
順番に店内へ。
準備が整ったら焼き始めてくれます。
20本くらい頂きました。
逸品に、2品追加しました。
食道ポン酢合え、きもわさ頼むべきです。
どれも本当に本当に今までの焼き鳥とは違う美味しさでした。
ハツはパツパツで肝はプリプリで、焼き野菜はホクホク。ヤゲン軟骨は多少の焼き加減かもしれませんが硬かったです。
その他ももせせりたまご全部塩加減も完璧で美味しかった。
特に美味しかったのは心臓、肝、つくね、せせり、ぎんなん、長芋、ですね。感動レベルです。
薬味は好みで卓上にあるものを付けれます。
大根おろしが食べ放題なのが有難い。笑
ドリンクは飲みすぎて1万円位。
また行きたいな。
