Samgyeopsal is our popular menu. As a result of my search for the best quality food without compromise, I decided to use domestically produced pork that was particular about its taste and freshness. The thick three-tiered pork belly has umami that is tightly trapped inside the meat, so the more you chew, the more umami comes out. Our samgyeopsal is healthy, nutritionally balanced, and full of stamina as it is grilled to remove excess fat and eaten with vegetables. Once you try it, you'll be addicted to it!
