とうきょうスカイツリー駅側の『SRY ＋』さんへランチに伺いました。
元々は何のお店でしたかね？
そこをリノベーションし2022年4月にオープンされたお店です。
店名からも夜は洋風の居酒屋なのでしょうか、ランチメニューを拝見しているのみですからそこは後日確認したいと思います。
ひとまずはランチで食べたハンバーグのレビューです。
◉ LUNCH ハンバーグ ライス 1,300円
◉ サラダ・スープセット 200円
サラダにはコブサラダ用のドレッシングをかけています。
スープはむらさき芋のスープ、これが凄く甘みがあるのですがあきらかに自然な甘みではないです。
伺うと、その時のむらさき芋によって甘みが異なるので蜂蜜で甘味を付けているそうです。
ハンバーグは一口目にソースにウスターソースも使っている様な風味を感じましたが、そこは確認していません。
それがどうのではなく、なかなか良い味わいです♪
ハンバーグにナイフを入れると肉汁が溢れます。
つなぎも少なく肉肉しくて美味しいです♪
玉ねぎの甘みがしっかりと出ていますね。
付け合わせの野菜のローストも良い感じです。
この日、平日ランチタイム限定の日替りランチは、〝牛すじ煮込み丼〟850円、やはりサラダとスープセットは200円です。
日替りランチも今度いただいてみましょう！
ディナータイムも気になります。
