新小岩の中でも人気の高い焼鳥屋さんで、週末は予約しないと入れません。美味しいんです、ここ。
席 １Fはカウンター４席＋テーブル席結構ありますが、すぐ予約で満席。２Fもありますが行ったことありません。多分テーブル席。
雰囲気 本当に普通の居酒屋。なんの変哲もありません。１Fはテレビがありワイマイガヤガヤしています。静かに呑む雰囲気ではありませんが、これが心地よく感じるのです。土地柄？
接客 特別な愛想を振りまくわけでもなく、ごく普通に必要なことをこなしてくれる。そこに多くを求めるのはこの店では野暮ってもんです。
味 焼き鳥の前に一品料理なのですが、これがどれも質が高い。特に刺身。毎日おすすめがあり、鮮度がいいんです。マグロ、写真見ればわかりますよね？旨い。サンマ刺しを頼めば薄造りで花が咲いたようになります。これも美味。とにかく料理人の技術が高く、とっても丁寧な仕事をされます。真面目。それがカウンター越しに見えるので分かるんですよね。だからどれも安心して頼むことができます。焼き鳥、これ、テイクアウトも対応可能。とにかく一串のボリュームが大きく、肉質もしっかりしており満足感が高い。食べたーって感じがするのです。タレ、塩ともに美味しい！
価格 おなかいっぱい食べて呑んでも一人4,000円もいかないです。リーズナブル。すぐ満席になるわけだ。。
感想 新小岩の居酒屋では間違いなくトップ目にあります。数ありますが、定番化し、リピートしたいなと思うお店って意外と少ないんですよね。あの薄造りに、あのボリュームある串に、気軽な雰囲気に魅せられて、また次回、近くお邪魔したいと思います。予約でね。ご馳走さまでした。
