豚を堪能できます
岩中豚や黒豚などの銘柄豚を使った豚料理から豚のもつ焼きなどのもつ料理まで、様々な食べ方で豚の味を堪能できます。じっくり焼き上げた大振りの串は待ってでも食べる価値があります。焼酎を中心にドリンクメニューも豊富、季節ごとの期間限定メニューにも注目です。 |
前から気になっていた豚小家に初来訪。
豚肉の色んなレパートリーがあり、多分良い取引先を確保しているにでしょう どれも新鮮そうで食べやすいです。
値段もリーズナブルで、開店時間に行きましたが、即満席になっていました。
本数限定のレバー串は中はレア位の焼き具合で、写真では伝わりづらいですが、一本の重さが結構ありずっしりきます。
生系もつまみには良いですね。普通に美味しい。
キャベツは欠かさず追加注文し続けました。
確実に再訪すると思います。
今回は座敷でしたが、カウンター席もあるのでぷらっと来て他のも食べてみたいです。
