12:00開店、入店。
半年前くらいから、火水木金のみランチメニューで、土日月はやらないので、ゴールデンウィークの水曜行けたので行った。
以前13:00行ったらランチメニュー終わったと言われたので開店の12:00と同時に入店。
瓶ビール大の赤星と三種の刺身定食、合計1980円。
瓶ビール大の赤星が昼から飲めるのは、最高の昼下がり。
三種の刺身定食。魚は美味しいと感じる。刺身の厚みが暑い！
しかし、魚の味が少し足りないと感じるを一瞬でも美味しいのだが、魚の味が足りないので食後の満足度が若干少ない。おそらくだが、魚の冷蔵の温度の冷え加減が良く、変な水分がなく何らかの処理で締まっている主砲なのかもしれない。
あら汁は、相変わらず美味しい。
ご飯は、米質が悪いのか、炊き加減は良いのだが、美味しくない。
夜に島寿司やアシタバの天ぷら食べて、八丈島の焼酎や赤星のビール飲むなら最高だろう。居心地も良いし。
刺し身定食、瓶ビール大

11：30入店。高齢のおばさま６人の集団も待っていた。地元の古い常連さんに愛され、おばさまにも愛される素敵なお店。
瓶ビール大サッポロ赤星。うーん。うまい！若干高いけど居酒屋価格でこれでよし。
刺し身定食。刺し身の厚さがやばい。魚が冷蔵温度管理がしっかりしているから新鮮で食べごろの状態である。ご飯の水分が多い炊き具合も個人的にピッタリ！そしてこのあら汁は最高で、他の店では飲めない。トータルでボリューム満点！
だが、しかし、何度もランチで刺し身定食を食べると・・・魚の味や旨味や若干薄いかもしれない。
それでも、若干お高めの金額だが、それ以上の満足は味わえる。
しかし、土日ランチも今月下旬で終了はしょうがないのかなぁ。土日ランチ楽しみだったのになぁ。

12:00開店と同時に入店
島寿司1.5人前は外れなし。どの魚食べても、甘めの漬けだれ、わさびでなくカラシが独特で良い。
今回のたらこを薄い出汁で煮たものは美味しい。
あと、白身魚のあら汁は絶品。
