新小岩南口正面のアーケードを少し歩き、
横の路地に入ったところです。
ちょっと隠れ家っぽい…
店内もそれほど広くないですが」、実に洒落た感じ。
都心のいいところにあるような店にも引けを取らないのでは。
料理は和食にちょっと今風のテイストも加えた感じで、
魚屋さん直営らしく、魚は間違いなしでしょう。
いくつか食べた料理を
“筍の肉巻き”
木の芽のタレで焼いてました。
丁寧な仕事で美味しい。
“里芋とウニの揚げだし”
ウニが美味しいのはもちろんの事、
里芋も下処理がしっかりされてます。
“山菜天ぷら盛り合せ”
これにはバルサミコ酢を詰めたタレもついてました。
“カニ真丈の串焼き”
これはもう一味ほしかったかなと。
素材の味だけで勝負したかったのかな。
アルコールは焼酎、日本酒、ビールなどなど、取りそろえられてます
お値段は…安くはないです。
店の雰囲気全体を含めて、都心並みって感じでしょうか。
逆にいえば、新小岩でそのレベルを味わえるとも言えますが。
ふらっと寄っていくには ちょっと敷居が高い感じですが
接待、デートにも使えるお店だと思います。
