今日のナポリタンは新小岩！新小岩の駅前のルミエール商店街をずーーっと直進したところ右手に見える喫茶店は赤茄子です。駅からは徒歩５分くらい。。
ずっと行きたかった課題店。何も迷わず入店です。テーブル６卓ほどの小ハコの店内は、近所のおじちゃんが先客で1名。
メニューを見れば、、、
ナポリタン！！
もちろん注文するのはナポリタン！(少なめ)
注文終わって調理開始。目の前の厨房から聞こえる炒め音はスタンダードな野菜炒め級。待つこと４分ほどでナポリタンの到着です。
中太麺＋ピーマン＋たまねぎ＋ハムの喫茶店のナポリタンです。
早速実食してみると、、、うん、喫茶ナポ！ケチャップしっかり絡んだナポリタンはシャツに飛びにくい系。スタンダードな具材の喫茶ナポリタンは迷いなく食べられちゃいます。炒めもしっかりでサクッとごちそうさまでした。
