12:20頃に初訪問です。
ほぼ満席です。
魚介ラーメン880円の食券を食券機で購入して席へ。
待つこと10分程で着丼です。少し時間がかかります。
チャーシューは醤油の味がしっかりとしています。小さめで薄目のものが2枚入っています。
ハム系ですが、炙っていて、香ばしさもあり、そして醤油の味が最後に残って美味しいです。
麺は少し甘みがありコシも少しあっていい感じ。好きな麺です。自家製麺のようで、美味しいです。
スープは濃い目のコッテリ魚介系でドロッとしていますが、しつこくはありません。
割とよくあるスープですが、悪くはない。まあちょっといいぐらいかな。
