自家製麺(細麺･太麺) |
小岩の「麺屋 清水」に初訪問。
21:30頃の入店だったため、他にお客さんはいなかった。
【注文したもの】
・魚介つけ麺
煮干しを強く感じる魚介系のコクがガツンと来るが、後から豚骨、鶏ガラの風味もしっかり感じることができた。
麺は中太のストレート麺でツルツルとして喉越しが良い。
これで縮れているとスープが絡み過ぎて少し濃いかもと思ったので、その辺計算に入れて麺を自家製で作っているのでしょう。
チャーシューは少しレアでしっとり柔らかい。美味しいです。
