Hard water contains plenty of minerals, so it tends to make alcoholic drinks that are thick and dry, while soft water tends to make alcoholic beverages that are softer and sweeter on the palate. The owner of the first store (also a Japanese sake store in Shin-Koiwa) recommended this place if you like Japanese sake, and since I was on my way home, I stopped by. Oh(^◇^;)It's a decent looking shop. I thought I would be nervous, but it turned out to be a very warm and homely atmosphere. It's been a while since I've seen a shop like this⤴︎(*≧∀≦*) I'm at the age where a shop like this feels right to me.A mother and son run the shop. There were 5 customers before me and no customers after me until I left. I was offered a counter and sat down. After that, maybe because I was feeling a little better, I ended up talking to my son all the time (*≧∀≦*) It seemed like there were some regulars, but I'm a bit of a first-time guy, so I'm a bit arrogant at times (^◇^; ) If you like Japanese sake or are looking for a restaurant to visit, we recommend this one. 2023.03 (Wednesday) around 20:50, bar hopping. 3rd house. First visit in a while. Because it was this time, the only customers were a group of two men. It had been a while since the coronavirus hit, and I thought I had forgotten, but thank you to the owner for remembering me. I drank two glasses of sake and went home.
