This signature dish is based on Niigata's famous curry-flavored half-fried chicken wings, and is finished with our own original spices! The volume is 300-350g, but even children can eat it easily.

This is a cup that the owner spent a year making with all his heart in order to open a Ramen specialty store. We are particular about everything from our chicken hot water soup made with domestic ingredients with no additives, to our specially ordered straight thin noodles, to our homemade low-temperature roasted char siu.
