仕事帰りの8時半過ぎ。
お腹はぺこぺこ、お酒はいらない気分だったけど
新小岩はめったに来ないので入ることに！
日曜の夜でしたが、カウンターに3席ほど空き
があり無事着座。
半羽揚げの説明と本日のおすすめの説明が
まずありまして…。
食べログで予習していたので間髪入れず？に
半羽揚げをオーダー。
ドリンクは生ビールでスタートします。
お通しはキノコのソテー的なものが来ました。
半羽揚げは20分かかるので、その間つまめる
ものを頼みます。
ポテトサラダ(380円)と
黄金鶏だし湯豆腐(480円)。
ポテトサラダはタマネギが効いた家庭的な
味で自分好みでした。
個人的には想像を裏切ったのが黄金鶏だし
湯豆腐の方でした。
絹ごし豆腐が鶏だしの中に入ってるんですが
自分は透きとおったお出汁をイメージしてました。
出てきたのは、濁りのあるツユ。
そして、美味い！(^-^)
コラーゲンがいっぱい入ってるそうですが、
コクがあっても胃もたれしないそうです。
コレは嬉しい！
黄金鶏だしに感動してしまったので
半羽揚げの印象が少し薄れましたが
こちらは見た目からしてインパクトあります。
部位によって味が違うので、意外と飽きないし
ほんのり香るカレー風味が食欲を誘います。
一人ですが、もちろん完食‼︎
2杯目のドリンクはチンチロハイボール！
2コのサイコロを振って奇数が出たので
メガハイボールが40円安い680円に。
本当はそんなに量を飲みたくなかったので
ゾロ目か偶数を出してノーマルサイズ
タダか半額がよかったんですが、
美味しかったので完飲！笑
〆に生親子丼(680円)を所望。
上に乗ってる生卵、海苔とワサビを混ぜてから
鶏肉とごはんを箸にとり、一緒に頂きます。
半生の鶏肉は柔らかく、まるで魚の肉のようです。
盛りは控えめですが、むしろ〆としては
ちょうどいい量かも。
地元で愛されてるお店みたいでカウンター席は
ほとんど常連さんでした。
かと言って一見でもアウェー感は皆無でした。
料理について聞くと丁寧に答えてくれたり
チンチロで盛り上がったり、楽しい時間を
過ごせました！
