Visited for lunch. I ordered a set meal of fried chicken breast marinated Karaage salt and koji. A large fried chicken with salad, soup, and a large serving of rice is cheap at 600 yen! The fried chicken is made by marinating domestic breast meat in salt koji and frying it until crispy.It's so juicy that you won't even think it's breast★ When you break it with your chopsticks, you'll see the beautiful meat juices overflowing. I thought the flavor would be lighter, but the sauce soaked in well and the rice went well! I didn't try it for lunch, but I'd like to come and try the famous half-fried chicken thighs and thighs for dinner ^^
