... soup is characterized by its rich, delicious, creamy flavor. The base is made from a generous amount of carefully selected pork bones. The flavor is carefully extracted and the unpleasant odor is removed. The moment you put it in your mouth, the thick texture, mellow flavor like potage, and the rich flavor of the pork bones spread across your tongue. There are three signature dishes. Each is a unique dish with different soup, noodles, and ingredients.
