夜の作業が早めに片付けできましたので、前回お邪魔して印象的なこちらに再訪しました。
ちょうど扉を開けると２名様がお帰りになるところで入れ替わりに入店できました。
生ビールSUNTORY香るエールからスタートです。
お通し300円は小さな箱にちょこちょこ嬉しいなあ。
お刺身は螺旋階段を想像する木製の器。
メジナが絶品です。
ウニのクリーミーコロッケ。
これに驚かされたのは付け合わせのお塩。
ただのお塩ではなく燻製のお塩です。
日本酒のつまみにも最適です。
だし巻き玉子も、しらす、大根おろしがいい組み合わせに。
店主さんお一人で切り盛りされてますのでタイミングは大切です。
