新小岩の
いくつかの店をまわって感じるのが
バングラデシュのお店は多いけれど
ちゃんとしたレストランは
少ないなぁと言う印象。
そんな中できちんとしたお店だなと
感じるのが今日ご紹介するこちら
ADIBA バングラカリー&バー
新小岩店
明るい陽気な店構え。
店内はレトロな雰囲気が漂っていて
じょいっこの好きなタイプです。
お店の一角では
食材の販売もしているようです。
コルカタ出身のインド人
のワンオペ。
次から次へと日本人客が来るなか
1人で大変そう。
本当はバングラ出身のボスが
いるみたいなのですが
今は入院中。
もう一人バングラデシュ人の
シェフがいるそうなのですが
その時はいませんでした。
メニューを開くと
ランチはセットがお得。
夜は日本の居酒屋メニューが
並びます。
一番お得な新小岩タリを
オーダーしてみました。

ふぁ～！素朴なセット出て来た。
チキンマサラカレー
一口食べて驚く
辛っ！
辛口にしてみたのですが
激辛レベルの辛さ。
じょいっこは辛いの好きだから
いいんですけど
苦手な人はしんどそう。
肝心の味の方は
粘度高めでほんのり
インネパ感あるグレイビーですが
変な甘さがなくて美味しい～
ほうれん草エビカレーも激辛！
先ほどのよりシャープな辛さ。
ほうれん草の味は控えめで
ちょっぴり大き目な
剥きエビがひとつ入ってました。
長粒米のターメリックライスは
スパイスが効いてほんのり味があって
そのまま食べても美味しい。
ナンはほんのり甘いけど
くどい甘さはなくて良かったです。
これにサラダ
ラッシー
アイスがついて
950円は安いな～
ナンをお代わりもしたのに
お代わり分の料金も取られてないし。
良いお店でした。
通常メニューはバングラ感少ないですが
事前にお願いすればバジなどの
バングラデシュ料理を作ってくれる
そうなので、ボスが退院したころに
改めて行ってみたいですね。
