This is the second bar after starting from daytime drinking. The first condition for choosing a bar is that "a bar where you can smoke at your seat". Yes, you can smoke at your seat here too. The menu doesn't say whether the price is tax-exclusive or tax-inclusive. In the end, it was tax-exclusive. That should be clearly written somewhere on the menu.
