On Tuesday, I went to Koiwa in the morning for personal business. Most restaurants open for lunch at 11 or 11:30, which is still too early. In that case, I decided to kill some time at Coffee shops under the overpass and took the elevator to the second floor as soon as it opened. A group of office workers from the neighborhood had already arrived as customers. From the lunch menu, green pepper fried pork belly set meal 880 yen [tax included] Stir-fried pork offal with peppers. The taste is consistent and delivery is quick. White rice, hot water, mini salad, fried chicken, and pressed greens. The mini dessert is almond tofu. Since I was in a hurry, I left the restaurant as soon as I finished eating.

The first day of October is Sunday night. I'm going to stop by Koiwa tonight. . Take the elevator to the second floor of the building. Yotsuba Sakaba is a Fukusei restaurant. It's a brand-new restaurant that's clean enough to be called Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Draft beer 480 yen [all tax included] First of all, no explanation needed. Yuzu soup 380 yen - Homemade yuzu daikon cool stirred tofu 2 630 yen - Dried tofu with shredded shreds The starters around here are always different no matter where I go. My favorite here is the yuzu radish. And tonight's dried tofu tastes good and has a nice texture. Lili carcass 1,410 yen - Fujian style sweet and sour pork There is also regular sweet and sour pork, but this is a challenge. ``Lichi'' refers to red-colored pork, and is said to be a traditional dish that dates back to the Qing Dynasty. A very simple ingredient of potatoes and pork. The bean paste, which is not too sour and not too sweet, goes well with it. I think this would go well with white rice. Bakuya Britton (stir-fried pork tongue) set meal 880 yen. I had the stir-fried pork tongue on my first visit. If you're looking for a set meal for lunch, CP is also good. I would like to try other set meals at this restaurant with a sense of stability.

Tuesday after the holidays. However, it's just a quick way to kill time before the night shift. After finishing my errands, I went to Koiwa and walked in the heat. I visited here the other day and decided to have lunch. There were no other customers, so I decided to relax for a while. The pork tongue that I liked on my first visit was good, but how about this? Before that, let's have a yuzu bowl for 380 yen [all tax included]. The homemade yuzu radish I received last time. I don't drink alcohol, but it's a snack until the set meal arrives. Fish and meat set meal 880 yen. Choose your favorite fish, meat, and meat from the numerous set meal series. The flavor is more fishy than spicy, and goes well with white rice. I recommend the lunchtime set meal here; it's delicious even if you don't use Fukusei na, and you can get second helpings of rice and soup (though I didn't).
福清菜。。
火曜日の夕方、小岩駅千葉方のガード下。
改装工事のためしばらく休業していた、福清料理のお店へ。
たしか、今月から営業再開しているはず。
と、エレベーターで2階へ、営業再開していた。
初回訪問のランチタイムは、なかなか良い印象だった。
店内は明るく、服務員の方々も応対がイイ。
紹興酒 5年(一合/常温) 580円[すべて税込]。
一合徳利と猪口でやってきた、紹興酒。
柚子萝卜 380円、涼拌豆腐丝 630円。
自家製柚子大根と、干し豆腐の千切り和え。
箸休めにちょうどイイ、柚子大根。
そして、どこでも注文してしまう、干し豆腐。
海蛎煎 1410円。
牡蠣と卵焼き。
コレは福清料理のひとつだろうか。
小ぶりながら牡蠣がゴッソリと入った、卵焼き。
拌麺 640円。
福建風混ぜそば 胡麻風味。
濃厚な胡麻風味のタレと平麺を、よく混ぜる。
シンプルだけど、美味しい。
花生餃(5個) 500円。
ピーナッツ餃子(甘いです)。
〆に、デザート類から選択。
いうほど甘くはないが、やはりデザートだろう。
ピーナッツと、わずかにシナモンのような味が。
福清にこだわらない料理も多数あり、
ディナータイムに立ち寄るも、ランチタイムの利用にもイイ感じだ。

ランチタイム、小岩駅南口にて。
小岩中央通り、1階に鉄鍋炖の店が入っているビルの2階に、
福清小吃の店がオープンしたことは前々から知っていた。
四葉酒場、夜メインっぽく捉えていたのだが、
ビル入口にランチメニューがあり、入ってみることにした。
エレベーターを降りてすぐ、店内は思いのほか広い。
今年前半にオープンしたからか(詳細は失念)、キレイな店内、
日本語が流暢な店員さんに、客層はみな同郷の方々であろうかと。
グラスに注がれた水は、氷こそ入らないものの、何気に檸檬味の冷水だった。
思いのほか、第一印象からイイ感じだ。
そして、ランチメニューからの一択。
爆炒脆舌(豚たん炒め)定食 880円[税込]。
なかなか見ためも、バランスがイイ。
ふつう、ランチモノなどは肉以上に野菜の占める量が多いことが多々あるが、
明らかに豚たん肉が野菜の量を上回っている。
特別な味付けじゃないけど、豚たんの食感も良く、にんにくがしっかりと効いていて美味しい。
白飯はお替わりも出来るようだが、今回は控えた。
サイドのミニサラダ、シーザードレッシングとはめずらしい。
唐揚げ、搾菜、シンプルなスープにやや水っぽく薄味だけどの杏仁豆腐と、
単なるお飾りではない構成にお店の心意気が感じられ、なかなかイイ。
初訪問、福清料理とはいえないランチなので何とも言えないが、
予想以上にしっかりとした一品で、満足。
他のグランドメニューなども、悪くはなさそうだ。

New Year's Day, 2024. Even though it's New Year's Day, I can still handle all the chores I have to do in the morning. . I'd like to eat out, but there are only a limited number of restaurants open from New Year's Day. As usual, I decided to come to Koiwa because there were more options than my hometown, Ichikawa. I thought a continental store would be safe, but since the store in the usual suspicious building and the nearby store were both closed, I took the elevator up to the second floor of a certain building, passing under the guard. As expected, the store was crowded with people from the same hometown. Even so, it's a restaurant with a large capacity, so you can take a seat at a table in the corner. Sour plum bath 330 yen I have an early morning tomorrow, so I will refrain from drinking alcohol. It was served with a glass of ice and a straw. Cool stirred tofu 丝 680 yen Unfortunately, they were out of their usual yuzu radish (homemade yuzu radish), so I had to have the usual dried tofu. The dried tofu here is also quite delicious. However, I don't have enough cilantro tonight... Nabe Bao Meat 1,380 yen This is my first time having Nabe Bao Meat here. The garlic cloves are not scattered or heavy, but have an elegant finish and seasoning. The pork is quite thick, but not tough and delicious. And to finish it off, the mixed side was 680 yen [all tax included] Unfortunately, it took a while to be served due to how crowded it was, but it can't be helped. Mix the hot men (noodles) and sesame-flavored sauce thoroughly. It's simple, but the rich sauce is delicious. Even though it's so crowded, the staff here are always helpful and never make you feel uncomfortable. Now, as usual, I prepared for tomorrow's work and headed home.
