友人との飲み会の幹事をすることになり、交通の便がいい新橋界隈で店を探すことに。
条件として
・静かでゆっくり出来る
・お酒が中心ではない
・食べることに興味がない人でも文句を言わない価格
ということでこちらをチョイス。
土曜日の夕方は築地界隈はとても閑散としていて近所に新橋演舞場があるのですが、
こちらも演目がないようで、本当に静かでした。東銀座駅から築地に向かって5分程
歩いていくと桃色の小さな看板が見えてきます。
門構えが立派で、料亭ってこんな感じで一見さんなんてとっても無理と実感。玄関に
メニューとか出していないと店を間違えてしまいそうです。数寄屋造りの立派な日本
邸宅なので、入るのに少し気後れします。玄関から靴のまま店内に入ります。店内と
いうよりも邸宅内という印象ですが。
１階は待合室で、地下がダイニングホールになっているようです（大広間という方が
適切かと思います）。情報サイトでコース(4800円）をオーダーしました。メニュー
は以下の通り
アペリティフ：スパークリングワイン
前菜 ： ローストビーフと胡麻豆腐、胡麻白味噌、
お造り ： 勘八、鰆、いさき、
メイン ：笑子豚ロースのグリル
食事 ：真鯛の茶漬け
デザート ：ガレットとアイス
コーヒー
感想ですがサービス、ホールスタッフは大変よかったと思います。さすが元料亭と
思いました。料理ですが、味はよかったのですがポーションが少ないと思いました。
胡麻豆腐とお茶漬けは大変美味しかったです。
店構え、サービスはグランメゾンクラスですが、その割に料金はリーズナブルなの
でこのページの記載通り接待や同窓会にはピッタリだと思います。
ワインリストにはビンテージの記載があるとよかったです。
