5回目となる鯛茶漬け巡り。
今回は銀座にある花蝶へ。
料亭「花蝶」のはじまりは昭和2年。
昔は一見さんお断りという格式の高いお店だったようです。
また、花蝶は海外からの大切なお客様をおもてなしする
迎賓館的な役割もはたしていたようで、
チャップリンやウォルトディズニーが、
花蝶の座敷で芸妓と小唄に興じている写真が残っていまると、
お店のHPに書いてありました。
今のようなお店になったのは2004年だそうで、
私もその頃に一度行ったんだと思います。
入口から格式が高そうな雰囲気が漂ってきます。
今回は【OZ限定2500円ランチ】
お店の名物「鯛茶漬け」付きプチランチコース¥2,500を注文。
通されたお部屋のふすまには迫力のあるアートが。
和と洋をミックスさせた素敵な空間でした。
前菜
あさりの潮汁
お造り
メインはお肉かお魚が選べましたが、
鯛茶漬けを食べるのでお肉を選びました。
これがなかなか食べごたえがありおなか一杯に。
鯛茶漬け
お肉でおなか一杯になっていたので、食べられるか心配
でしたが、量が少なくてちょうどよかったです。
これをメインできていたので、料理が運ばれてきたときは
少ない・・・と思いましたが食べてみたら量的には
ちょうどよかったです。
ただ、こちらの鯛茶漬けは私の好きなごまダレではなく
ダシでいただくスタイルでした。
でも味もしっかりしていて、美味しかったです。
デザート
見た目、女子が喜ぶ華やかさが全くなく
お皿にももう少し気を使っていただきたかった、というのが
正直な感想。
水ナスのはちみつがけというのがあったのですが、
別に水ナスにはちみつをかけてまで食べたいと思える味では
ありませんでした。変わってましがけど。
とはいえ、デザートは微妙でしたね。
写真には撮りませんでしたが、コーヒーもついています。
室内は禁煙でしたので、食後に喫煙室へ行きました。
モダンな内装に感動し、すわりごこちのいい椅子でしばし
たばこを堪能させていただきました。
お値段的にもリーズナブルですが、鯛茶をあえてこのお店で
食べなくてもいいかなぁと思いました。
雰囲気はとっても良かったですけど盛り付けやお皿などに
もう少し気を使っていただきたいというのが正直な感想でした。
