東銀座から少し歩くと、高級温泉宿を思わせる風情の日本料理店「花蝶」が目に入ります。店内に一歩踏み入れると、都会の喧騒を忘れさせる穏やかな雰囲気の空間が広がっています。地下の食事スペースは開放感があり、白を基調とした独特のインテリアが特徴的です。
この日は「蝶コース」を選択。始めに出された「八寸」は、季節の前菜が花蝶特有のスタイルで見目麗しく盛り付けられています。「お造り」では旬の鮮魚2点が繊細な味わいを魅せてくれました。続いての「椀物」は、肉の旨味を感じる汁物が心地よく、さらに控えめな味付けが箸休めにピッタリでした。
メインとなる「魚料理」の西京焼きは、香ばしさと優しい味わいが絶妙なバランス。「肉料理」の和牛ローストは、その柔らかさとジューシーさで絶品の一言。締めくくりの「真鯛の出汁茶漬け」は、真鯛と出汁が見事に絡み合い、至福のひとときを提供してくれました。デザートの「抹茶風味のプリンと白玉」も、抹茶の深い香りと上品な甘さが楽しめる逸品でした。
ノンアルコールのカクテルも豊富で、お酒が苦手な方も安心して楽しめます。
