２０２４年３月１８日 初見
最初は築地の鮪丼を目指すも２０人以上の待ちの閉口。
インバウンドの影響が強く出ており、まともな昼食は取れそうにない。
暫くは旧市場周りの有名＆高評価飲食店は入店困難ですね。
そこで以前よりＢMしていたコチラに転進。
１２時２０分に到着、外待ち先客７人。
待つ事２５分で店内に。
１人を告げ奥２番目カウンターに着席。
銀鮭焼き中落セット１５００円を。
御飯は普通で。
１０分で配膳。
こんがり焼かれた見厚な銀鮭と本物の中落。
配膳された瞬間、更なるお替り確定です。
鮭はふっくら焼けており、御飯も旨い。
お替りの味噌汁は中身が変わる事を後日知って後悔、また行かねば。
モチロン中落も美味しかった。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
