ディナーコースでの訪問！
うにととうもろこしスープのカッペリーニ、青カビチーズ、どろ豚のパテがとっても気に入った〜！
食材は、北海道産のものに拘っていて、青カビチーズも北海道産なんだってー毛蟹のサラダもなかなか美味しかった
メインは但馬牛のサーロインステーキとひれ肉をそれぞれ食べ比べた！未経産の雌牛のみを炉窯で炭火焼きにするという拘り、美味しくいただきました！量もなかなかボリューミー
テイクアウトは、軽食類は要予約らしく新しくお肉を焼いてもらいお土産にした食後の布ドリップコーヒーは酸味があって好みだった☆
