お知り合いの社長に、急なランチのお誘いで築地の寿司岩へ行って参りました。
好きなのを頼んでと言われたので、ここは遠慮なく注文！
まずは、オススメのお刺身から頂きました。
塩辛は、私はあまり好きな方ではないので、少しだけ頂きましたよ。
お酒好きの方には、美味しいはず！
焼きたらば蟹を頂きました。身は、甘みがあって美味しい！！
続いては、野菜の天ぷら！衣がさくっとお塩でさっぱりと頂きました。
のどぐろも頂きました。脂がのっててふんわりした身で美味しかったです。
大好きなあわびも。あわび食べるのもすごく久しぶり。
帆立の磯部やきやら、穴子のにぎりも頂きました。
今回、カウンターで頂いたのですが、ゆっくりとお話をしながら
気付いたら、夕方の４時に！
ゆっくりと食べながら頂いたので、こんな時間のランチは本当に幸せ。
時間に追われながらのお昼よりやっぱりゆっくりとした時間も大事だと思いました。
そして、とろたくをお土産に持ってかえり夜ご飯に頂きました。
