平日の昼に訪れた
築地本願寺の目の前、新大橋通り沿いにある店だ
すぐ側には晴海通りも通っており、銀座方面からも行きやすい
店に入り、予約名を告げると半個室にとおされた
4人ほど坐れそうなテーブル席だ
新型コロナウィルスの影響か、昼時でもけっこう空いており、カウンター席に客はいなかったように思う
まあのんびりしてていいんだけど、経営は大丈夫かしらん
さて、こちらで頼んだのは、
まんぷく寿司 1,800円
10貫に巻物6切と書いてあった
まずは茶碗蒸しが運ばれてくる
そして寿司だ
ネタは画像のとおりだが、
一風変わったのは茗荷の寿司かな
とびっこも他ではそんなに見ない
あまり調理は加えられていないように思った
明るくて清潔な店内だったと思う
