寿司岩総本店に行ったところ、築地支店の案内が貼ってありました。30秒ぐらいで築地支店にたどり着き、午前11時少し過ぎの店内の様子をうかかうと、お客さんは、いないようでした（個室は、不明です。）。入店すると、職人さんの歓迎のことばで迎えられ、「数量限定 ばらちらし 1,580円」を発注しました。
登場した「ばらちらし」は、想像をはるかに上回る彩りのよさと、タネの多さ、鮮度と味のよさでした。
具は、私の見立てで、まぐろ、えび、いくら、あなご、子持ち昆布、玉子焼き、かんぴょう、じゅんさい、みょうが、大葉、のり、がりなどです。
これに、茶碗蒸し、味噌汁まで付いていました。
ごちそうさまでした。
