築地にある老舗のお寿司屋さん、魚河岸の味築地浜茂鮨にやって来ました。
古いビルの2階にあります。
お店の外側とか、なかなか味のある雰囲気だと思います。
カウンターに案内されました。
今のご時世、もう少し席の間隔を空けておいた方が良いのかもしれませんね。
五色丼1760円を頼みました。
ワンドリンクサービスということでしたが、仕事中なのでお茶にしました。
お酒などのドリンクの代わりに、一貫食べられるということで、ホッキ貝をお願いしました。
今度は仕事じゃないときに一杯飲みたいですね。
五色丼は、マグロやサーモン、えんがわ、タイ、ねぎとろ。
安定した味でした。
昔ながらの丼という感じ。
自分がもしお寿司屋さんなら、シャリや器を変えたり、雰囲気なども手直しすると思いました。
昔ながらの良さも感じますので、それを活かしながら店作りやシステムを整えていけば人気が出てくると思いました。
久しぶりに築地場外に来てみましたが、外国の方も増えて、少し活気が戻ってきているようです。
