平日の昼に訪れた
築地場外市場の一角にある店だ
新大橋通から二つくらい南の道
この通りではそこそこ呼び込みが行われていて、いちいち聞いているときりがない
店の近くまで来たところでどこかなと思ったら、ちょうどこの店の人に声をかけられた
後ろについて階段を上がって二階へ
テラスのようなところを通り越して店に辿り着いた
面白い立地にある鮨屋だな
さて、予約名を告げるとカウンター席に通された
頼んだのは、
旬握り 2,400円 (税抜き)
一つ一つ出されるのではなく、まとめて提供される
ネタは中トロ、かんぱち、赤身、イクラ、アジ、烏賊、帆立、海老、穴子、玉子焼き
玉子焼きは丸武のものらしい
いずれもまあ悪くはない
シャリは若干べちょっとしてるかな
もう少し軽く仕上げてもらえるといいのだけれど
