I used it for breakfast at Ginza Capital Hotel Akane. Although it is called Ginza, it is actually Tsukiji. As a precaution against the coronavirus pandemic, this meal is served as a meal or a plate to avoid crowded buffets. It's good to have a light breakfast, so in that sense, Japanese-style meal, which allows you to enjoy multiple small portions, has become a preference for people over 30. There are a lot of similar dishes in Japanese-style meal cuisine, so I guess I'd like to try something new. It's not a bad balance between cost, effort, quality, and each other. I think this is where the head chef's supervision skills shine.
