ぷらっと、今日のランチは、築地駅周辺を散策。
東京メトロ 日比谷線築地駅の２番出口を出ると、
左手に、新大橋通りがあるので、
築地四丁目の信号方向へ、
そのまま直進して、最初のT字路を右折して、
しばらく歩くと左手に、セリコ東銀座ビルがある。
このビルの左手にある階段を数段上がると
本日、お邪魔した『BROCHETERIA SOL SEVILLA（ブロチェッテリア ソル セビージャ）』さんがある。
平日の１２時４５分に入店。
店内に入ると、女性店員（女将さん？）が、
今、テーブルを片付けますので少々お待ちくださいと、
メニュー表を渡してくれたので、メニューを確認。
メニューは、

・牛ブリスケカルビステーキ １，２００円
・豚肉のバスク風ピリ辛煮込み １，１００円

入口で、メニュー表を見ていると、
気になるメニューが、
ここは、牛のブリスケ（肩バラ・前バラ）を
食べさせてくれるのかぁ？
と思い、発注するメニューを決める。
女性店員が戻ってきて、テーブル席に案内してくれた。
テーブル席に向かう途中、
店内を見廻すとテーブル席は満席で、
カウンター席も１席が空いていたが、
そこには、食器が残っている状態であった。
席い店内だが、人気店なんだなぁ！と思いながら
テーブル席に着席して、
女性店員に「牛ブリスケカルビステーキ」をお願いして、
飲み物を「アイスコーヒー」でお願いをした。
待つこと５分。
「サラダ」と「スープ」が提供された。
「サラダ」は、
透明の容器に入っていて、
外から見ても綺麗に盛られている。
これは、普通に旨く、メイン料理がくる前に完食。
「スープ」は、ミネストローネである。
野菜がとろとろになるくらい、
シッカリと煮込まれていて旨い。
これは、メイン料理とも合わせて食べたいと思い残す。
更に、待つこと５分。
「牛ブリスケカルビステーキ」と「ライス（雑穀米）」が提供された。
「牛ブリスケカルビステーキ」には、
「万願寺唐辛子のバターソース」が掛かり、
つけ合わせに「マッシュポテト」が付いている。
「牛ブリスケカルビステーキ」は、
肉質が若干硬めだからか、少し薄切りで提供された。
ステーキ肉にはコラーゲンがあり、
味は甘くあっさりした後に、
バターソースの濃厚な味が口の中に広がる。
ステーキ肉は、噛めば噛むほどに旨味が出てきて、
口の中が少し脂ぽくなるが旨い。
「万願寺唐辛子のバターソース」の
「万願寺唐辛子」は、辛くない食材である。
食べると青臭さもなく、肉厚で柔らかく
食べやすい唐辛子である。
そして、「バターソース」との相性も良い。
「マッシュポテト」は、
フワフワで滑らかな食感でこれまた旨い。
そんな、「牛ブリスケカルビステーキ」を
「雑穀米」と合わせて食べ進め、
箸休めに「マッシュポテト」を食べて、
最後に「スープ」を飲んで完食。
食べ終わると、「アイスコーヒー」が提供された。
「アイスコーヒー」を飲み干してフィニッシュ。
本日は、ランチで「牛ブリスケカルビステーキ」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
