銀座 日本料理 ぎんざ一二岐
《お昼のおまかせ懐石》
日本料理を牽引する1人でもある吉澤定久氏が2010年に開業した京料理店「ぎんざ一二岐」。
日本料理百名店2021/23､ミシュランガイド東京では2012年から8年連続で1つ星に選出。
銀座2丁目の路地裏､檜のカウンター6席と2つの個室からなる静謐な空間では､正統派京懐石の流れを基本に季節を捉えた旬の厳選食材でストーリーある構成を展開､スペシャリテの「鰹のわら焼き」をはじめ厳選された旬の食材を使った四季折々の料理を堪能出来きます。
なお吉澤氏は2014年に「銀座よし澤」､2018年には六本木ヒルズで現在氏が板場に付かれる人気店「よし澤」も展開されてます。

今年頂いた日本料理の中では此方とよし澤さんは私的に味が凄く好みでめちゃくちゃ美味しかった〜❣️
中でも､八寸と鰹の藁焼きはこの上ない程に素晴らしかった✨
因みにフレンチやイタリアンののようにグラスのシャンパンやスパークリングはないのですが､すし家 祥太でハーフボトルのシャンパンを置いていたので聞いた所､同じくハーフのがあったので頼みました。和食にも合いますね⭐︎
ホスピタリティ含め本当良く､先でまた是非伺いたいと思いました◎
