新富町のゲキアツBISTRO
本当は教えたくないレストラン。
よく雑誌やテレビでよく耳にしますが、自分にとってはそんな存在のビストロです。
会社の同僚と家族と、頻繁に食事に伺っています。
なんせ料理が美味しすぎます。コスパ高すぎます。
前菜の盛り込みも洗練されていて、マディラ酒のソースもお酒を贅沢に使用しましたというリッチな味わい
肉料理の火入れもいつも感心させられます。ハズレを引いたことが今まで一度もないんですよ。
これはほんと凄い事だと個人的には思っています。
ワインの売り方も、セルフですが数種のワインが飲み放題なんてのもある。
たしか1500～2000円くらいだったと思う。
私のように料理を食べに行きワイン代のほうが高くなるなんて心配もなく
たっぷり飲めます。お陰でいつも飲み過ぎますが （笑）
昨年のハロウィン祭りでここのお店が売っていた、牛頬肉のピタサンドも美味でした。
フレンチの概念に捉われないシェフの発想も粋ですね。

かなりお久しぶりにブワドパンへランチに。ランチなのにラパンのテリーヌとか、仔羊のパートブリックとか食べれちゃう骨太なフレンチです！ソースまでしっかり作ってあって、プリンもラム酒をガッツリ効かせた大人の味わい。フレンチ食べたなぁという抜群の満足度でした。
こういう料理はやはりワインと一緒に楽しみたいっ！てことでディナーに行くべきお店ですね。
