昨日オープンしたらしく、たまたま出張帰りで東京で飲もうという話になったので行って来ました。
カウンター10席くらいとテーブル席10人くらいかな。
料理はお通しが子持ち昆布と胡瓜の海老味噌がけ、コーンスープと枝豆？。
まぁ美味いね。
お刺身はメジマグロ、平目、ソイだったかな。
ソイがブッリブリで美味しかったー。
本山葵なのも嬉しい。
日本酒は鶴齢を。
生原酒が好きなので頼んだんだけど、今までの鶴齢のイメージより美味しく感じた。進化してるんですね〜。
続いて鱧のみぞれあん掛け、もずく酢、牛カツ。
うーむ、、どれも旨いな。。
特に鱧のみぞれ餡掛けが上手くて餡まで飲み干したんだけど、これは匙をつけた方が良いな。
日本酒はメニューに無いお酒を聞いて、農口にしてみた。
前に飲んだことがあるけど、久しぶりに飲んだなー。癖があるけど、飲むほど美味しく感じる。
お任せコースにしたのでシメはウニご飯。
うん、米旨し。
この日は料理はおまかせで値段は気にしない！と幹事の人が言ったらしい（笑）けど、メニューを見る限り軽く飲んで食べてそれほど高くならない気がする。
カウンターで軽くつまんで飲むとか良さそう。
平塚近辺だったら通うのになー。
