この日は名古屋からの東京出張に合わせ旅行がてら築地で一泊しました。
ホテルの近くで晩御飯を探したところこちらのお店がピンときたので伺いました。
店内はほぼカウンター席で板さんの調理を見ながら食事ができる割烹居酒屋です。
念の為予約し伺いました。
案内されたカウンター席で今回いただいたは、焼き鯖棒寿司やお造り、出汁玉あんかけ、おでんなど美味しい料理ばかり。
合わせでいただいた日本酒は、純米吟醸の明鏡止水（めいきょうしすい）。
冷酒は日本酒用ワイングラスでいただき美味しい一杯でした。
